My coaching program is a premium, highly personalized service designed to create a tailored supplement protocol based on your unique metabolic needs. This service is ideal for individuals who consistently invest in high-quality vitamins and are comfortable spending $200–$400 on supplement orders. (Refills or auto-ship orders may be significantly lower.)

We offer free shipping on orders of $50+; otherwise, a flat shipping rate of $5.50 applies. All current promotions and discounts available on LifeExtension.com will be honored (with rare exceptions, which will be communicated if applicable).

To maintain the accuracy and effectiveness of your wellness plan, active consultation with me at least once per year is required.
Pricing is as follows:

Annual Review: $300 + labs

Follow-Up Consultations: $150 per hour (available once or twice per year, or as needed)

Initial Consultation Requirements

Your onboarding process begins with an initial session and involves the following commitments:

1. Comprehensive Lab Panel — $325

This includes the full Life Extension Male or Female Panel, plus a blood draw at your local LabCorp facility.

Based on your health history and goals, additional lab tests may be recommended at an additional cost. To ensure the most appropriate lab selection, I offer a complimentary 15–20-minute orientation call prior to ordering. After this call, you will receive direct links to your recommended labs, including order numbers and exact pricing.

Note: Similar full-scale functional medicine panels typically cost upwards of $1,500 in many alternative medical clinics.

2. Two-Hour Consultation & Lab Review — $300

This in-depth session is conducted in an educational, conversational format. We will explore your dietary habits, medical history, lifestyle factors, and any symptoms or goals relevant to your health.

After the session, I will finalize your personalized supplement protocol, including a detailed daily schedule with precise instructions for optimal usage.

Note: Between the orientation call, lab ordering assistance, lab interpretation, metabolic profiling, research, and the consultation itself, a total of 4 hours of professional time is dedicated to your case (with 2 hours spent directly with you).

3. Personalized Supplement Program — $150–$350

Your supplement investment will vary depending on your lab results and personalized metabolic analysis.
