Shipping Range

Countries: We currently only ship within the United States. We can not ship to military bases or diplomatic locations.

Within United States:
- Free shipping on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 are charged a $5.50 flat shipping rate.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.
Last Order Time: 5PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days.
Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.
Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.
Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 6-9 business days to receive your order.
Holiday / Peak Season Delays: During peak periods (eg: Christmas, Easter, etc), delivery times may be longer. Check out website for updates.

Reliable Courier Services: We typically ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Other couriers may be used.
Insured Shipments: All shipments include basic insurance against loss or damage in transit. Claims require proof of damage (photos) and must be filed within 7 days of delivery. Contact our customer service in case of loss or damage during transit.
Eco-Friendly Packaging: We strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our ecological footprint.
