How much liquid melatonin should I take? Here's how to take melatonin drops: Put 5 to 30 drops under the tongue and swallow at bedtime as needed. Repeat during the night as needed or as directed by your physician.

How To Take Liquid Melatonin

Keep the liquid melatonin bottle tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature (59-86°F or 15-30°C). Shake well before use. With the liquid dropper, put drops under the tongue and swallow at bedtime. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop. Keep out of reach of children.
