What Is Nattokinase?

Nattokinase is an enzyme derived from natto, a traditional Japanese dish of fermented soybeans. Natto contains many nutrients, including calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamin C, and zinc. The nattokinase enzyme is naturally produced during natto’s fermentation process which uses Bacillus subtilis.

Suggested Use

Take one capsule one to two times daily (at least 30 min. before meals) with a full glass of water or as directed by your physician. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use if taking blood platelet inhibitors such as Ticlid, Plavix, Coumadin, or similar prescription medications. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop. Keep out of reach of children.

How To Use

Keep the bottle tightly closed in a dry place at room temperature (59-86°F or 15-30°C). With clean hands, unscrew the bottle’s lid and take out capsules. Place each capsule on tongue and wash down with a glass of water. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Stop use if adverse reactions develop.
