Dosage and Use
  • FOR JOINT SUPPORT: Take one (1) tablet six times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
  • FOR MOOD SUPPORT: Take one (1) tablet eight times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
  • Take with co-factors vitamins B12, B6, and folic acid.
